Our Advantages
Production Workflow
Step 1: Raw Material
We select high-quality tinplate suitable for aerosol can manufacturing. All raw materials are properly inspected and stored before production.
Step 2: Cutting
Tinplate coils are precisely cut into the required sizes for aerosol cans with diameters from 45mm to 70mm, according to customer specifications.
Step 3: Printing
Tinplate sheets are printed according to the approved artwork using advanced FUJI printing equipment from Japan, supporting CMYK and PANTONE special-color printing.
Step 4: Automatic Can Production
The printed tinplate enters our automatic can-making lines, where advanced forming and welding processes are used to produce aerosol can bodies efficiently and consistently.
Step 5: Cone & Dome Pressing
Tinplate is precisely stamped and formed into aerosol can cones and domes using dedicated molds and equipment according to different specifications.
Step 6: Finished Product Inspection
Finished aerosol cans undergo strict quality inspection, covering key aspects such as dimensions, appearance, welding, printing and overall product quality.
Step 7: Aerosol Can Packing
Qualified products are securely packed using pallets or cartons, according to customer requirements and shipping conditions.
Step 8: Stock & Storage
Packed finished products are transferred to our warehouse and properly stored until the scheduled shipment.
Step 9: Loading & Delivery
Products are carefully loaded and dispatched according to the agreed shipping schedule, delivery terms and customer requirements.
